The NJPACE Associates Program

We are looking for passionate, thoughtful, community-minded individuals who want to make a difference by encouraging businesses, property owners, and municipalities to participate in NJEDA’s Garden State C-PACE Program. 

The program cuts emissions, saves property owners money, increases resiliency, and brings jobs and investment to communities. We need evangelists/ambassadors in every county and major municipality to explain the benefits and how to realize them.

NJPACE Associates Program Design

Overview

The NJPACE Associates program is a professional engagement platform that invites experienced individuals to collaborate with New Jersey PACE (NJPACE) in facilitating C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) projects. The program enables participants to:

• Work on originating and facilitating C-PACE projects.
• Support municipal adoption and program development.
• Earn referral fees for successful project origination.

The program aims to expand C-PACE’s reach and impact across New Jersey and potentially other states, such as New York and Pennsylvania, while leveraging the skills and networks of motivated professionals.
